Duplex Renovation

This duplex underwent a full gut renovation, opening up walls to create a more functional and inviting layout. The project included a brand-new kitchen and completely rebuilt bathroom, designed for modern living while respecting the home’s character. Working closely with a designer, we transformed the space by blending contemporary finishes with restored historic wood accents for a warm, timeless result.
